At ZAZA, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. However, if your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re happy to assist you with a return or refund under the following terms.
Eligibility for Return

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Customized, altered, or sale items are not eligible for return.

Requests received after 7 days will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return

Once approved, our team will share the return shipping details.

After the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund according to the conditions below.
Refund Conditions
Refunds are approved only in the following cases:

The product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The product you ordered is out of stock.

The item was damaged during transit, verified through provided photos.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind or dislike of color/style.

Items that show signs of use, washing, or alteration.
Refund Process

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be made through the original payment method.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be transferred via bank account or wallet credit, once details are confirmed.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product delivered was faulty or incorrect.
