When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your order. This acknowledgment does not signify acceptance of your order; it is only confirmation that we have received it.
Your order is accepted once it has been processed and shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing error, or suspicious activity.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
ZAZA reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.
All payments are processed securely through trusted and encrypted gateways. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made in full upon delivery.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy, typically within 3–7 working days. Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as holidays, courier delays, or sale events.
Once an order is shipped, tracking details are shared via email or SMS. ZAZA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy and Refund Policy.
Products must meet eligibility criteria for any return or exchange request to be processed. Customized, altered, or worn items are not eligible for return or refund.

7. Use of Content

All content, including text, images, designs, and trademarks on this website, is the exclusive property of ZAZA. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
