7 Days Easy Return
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
The product is unused and unworn
The product is in original condition
Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact

If within 7 days of receiving your order, the dress:
Fades
Shrinks
Loses its original shape
You are eligible for a replacement, subject to inspection.
Customers are allowed to open and check the parcel at the time of delivery.
Please note:
Wearing or using the product before payment is not permitted
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
The product has been worn, washed, or used
The item is damaged due to misuse
The return request is made after 7 days
Tags or original packaging are missing
